Sex Workers Outreach Project- Hawaiʻi
We are a grassroots org led by and for sex workers. We fight for our rights, health, and safety through healing justice, disability inclusion, harm reduction, and BIPOC and lived experience-led frameworks. We center the voices of those most impacted—disabled, chronically ill, drug-using, and trauma-surviving sex workers—cultivating trauma-informed spaces, culturally relevant skillshares, and direct community resources. Our mission is to cultivate a world where all individuals engaged in consensual erotic labor are valued, autonomous, and able to thrive with dignity.
We believe in rights, not rescue.

We Provide Harm Reduction and Mutual Aid
All of our spaces lead with a harm-reduction focus. Rooted in Healing Justice, we show up for community how community asks us to. Weekly, we offer outreach where we have condoms, naloxone/narcan, clothing, hot food and hygiene items free for community.
In-person and remote options
Our outreach is located in Honolulu, IYKYK. Can’t make it into the outreach? No worries – you can contact by email and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
